Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Domestic: Standard delivery with a flat rate of RM 8.00 within 1-4 business days.

• International: Contact us at hello@byjthelabel.com with any inquiries.

• Lost/Damaged Packages: Contact us immediately if your package is lost or arrives damaged at hello@byjthelabel.com.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags.

• We reserve the right to decline items that do not meet our return policy guidelines.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized items, and intimate apparel (e.g., underwear) are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless due to an error on our part.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days after return approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
